Any idea where I can get replacement drivers for my 1976 Genesis 3 loudspeakers? I know that quantum leaps of technology make these relatively dinosaurish, but I'm not into throwing away old stuff that still works, plus the walnut cabinets are pristine and a wonderful asset to my living room.
My specific issue is that the foam surrounds are beginning to disintegrate. Should I just go to a company that recones speakers and let them do it? Would that be cheaper and/or better than getting new drivers?
