Panasonic 2.3 Firmware for BD80 (and firmware update 2.4 too!)

I'm surprised I couldn't find anyone talking about this FW 2.3 udpate for the BD80 blu-ray player. I have FW 2.2 which took care of the intermittent freezing issue which was a huge welcome. Panasonic's web site says 2.3 address "fixed audio drop problem with the movie Twilight". I have this movie on standard def but haven't played it yet. I'm not sure if 2.3 fixed audio drop on the standard definition or blu-ray version. Does anyone know which version had an issue with FW 2.2?

Does anyone have more input on 2.3 than Panasonic listing that it fixes Twilight's audio drop issue? Are there other fixes? I'm trying to figure out if it is worth me updating my BD80 from 2.2 to 2.3 or not. I might just leave it if there are no other benefits since I really have no intention of playing Twilight hardly ever. If I do, I run it from my Toshiba XA2 anyway.

Any recommendations on FW 2.3???

Haven't heard anything specific about the 2.3 firmware upgrade, but most companies (including Panasonic) keep their firmware descriptions pretty limited. There's actually a new (2.4) firmware upgrade available today:

It says that it's a "VIERA Cast Update" so I'm wondering if Pandora is ready? Haven't actually had a chance to check it out myself yet. I generally do firmware updates on all the players I own or test automatically. Maybe I'm just naive or optimistic, but I haven't been burned yet.
