Nice Photos of some elegant McIntosh Tube eqipment!!
Some guy got his hand in the way though!!!![]()
They aren't what they used to be, not that I am enamored of tube gear, but serious audiophiles tend to hunt down the vintage "Mac" gear more than their new stuff.

'"In a strange game
I saw myself as you knew me
When the change came,
And you had a
Chance to see through me
Though the other side is just the same
You can tell my dream is real
Because I love you, can you see me now."
- "On the Way Home," Neil Young
I'm running a McIntosh M2720 270 watt per channel for my two front Definitive Tech BP10 Left/Right speakers. Sounds GREAT!![]()
Could not afford the tube stuff when it came out. Now I almost can and can't find it!!! Or it can't keep up with today's technology insofar as HDMI switching etc.Sold an old pre-amp years back for that reason.
It does produce too much heat though!
Their new stuff is "OUT-OF-SIGHT" expensive!!!![]()
Careful with that SENIOR Memeber stuff!!!![]()
