Recently purchased the samsung HTC-6930W - HTiB system - 3d blu ray...

So I have my dish box hooked up to the receiver through optical audio. Receiver manual says it can only send DD out through optical connection.

Anyone familiar with the 6930? I want to confirm that the receiver is receiving (and therefore sending out to the speakers) Dolby Digital from my sat box - but do not see anywhere on the receiver or menu or on-screen stuff that tells me the type of audio it is receiving, and therefore sending out. I find this really obnoxious.

Just like when I play a blu-ray with DTS-HD Master - I would like to see somewhere that I know it is sending out the DTS-HD Master sound - but no display!?!?

My old unit showed what type of audio it was receiving (PCM, DD, DTS)... and also showed images of the speakers that were receiving audio. Sounds silly, I know, but I liked being able to confirm it was correct - and I want to with my new system as well!
